After graduation from Sogang University, he entered into the music business industry. He started his music career in 1988 as a planner and marketer of classical music in Jigu Records. He had been with Sony Music Korea as a pop music marketer since its foundation until he moved to Orange, the label run by Cheil Communications, as a director of licensing and marketing department. During his 13 years of career, he has developed many undiscovered artists and turned them to the very well known such as Patricia Kaas, Oxa, Helene, Backstreet Boys, Damage, The Real Group and The St Philips Boy's Choir. He had working as a pop columnist for several FM stations and music & culture magazines since 1988 until he left to US in 1997 to study the music business. After graduation from The Economic Institute in Boulder, Colorado, he moved to L.A to learn how music business works in the States, working at Restless Records. |

Helen started her career as publicist and marketer for domestic pop in Sony Music Korea in 1991 then she moved to GTV, former of SDN CABLE TV, to set up music business and worked for the label Global Media until 1998. During her career, she has developed Yoon Soo LEE, Moo Song LEE, Sa Yeon NOH, LEA and TV drama O.S.T "Stars in My Heart". |
